The Autumn Equinox brought big changes for us and our healing modalities. We were moving continents and are now in South America. So Chile has opened a space for us, in deep nature, with clear rivers, lush forests and a very special place for a Reiki and Sound practice. :)
As time and space are both irrelevant in the energetic world, our doors are still open for powerful distance treatments using modern technology like Zoom and our BIG energetic tool box!

Join us for a yoga practice in our spacious garden under the cherry tree - with plenty of space and fresh air!
Every class is unique and suitable for both beginners and advanced practicioners.
We start on Wednesday, 19 May at 5 pm! Please bring your own mat and maybe a blanket. Blocks, pillows and refreshing drinks are on the house :)

Crystal Bowls Sound Meditation, Saturday, 31 October, 6.30 pm
Crystal singing bowls are made of pure crystal quartz and when played they produce the most wonderful pure harmonic tones imaginable. The tones induce altered states of consciousness as they move through every cell of the body. When immersed in these vibrations our awareness expands and we enter a deep meditative state where blocked emotions are released in a profound and positive way.
Bones, DNA and blood of our body all have a crystalline structure. The human body therefore has a natural affinity to quartz, so the pure tones resonate greatly with the physical and subtle bodies facilitating profound healing. The quartz crystal contains the full spectrum of light related to the seven chakras and their associated musical notes (C,D,E,F,G,A,B). As the bowls hold the vibration of white light, they act as powerful transmitters and have become known as the “purest tone” in the world.

Improve postural patterns, chronic tension & limited mobility
Experience a highly effective profound technique which facilitates the release of muscle fibers (myo) and connective tissue (fascia), to ease restrictions of movement, tension and pain brought about by excessive sitting, postural habits, imbalanced athletics, emotional stress or injury. It is a type of deep self-massage using small balls and blocks holding each position for 3-5 minutes. We explore Myofascial theory, postural alignment, and in combination with Yin Yoga we will uncover ways to release the essential areas of the upper and lower body. Roni teaches from personal experience of using Myofascial Release to gain more mobility and ease in her body during a herniated disc in her lower back.

In Reiki 2 you experience an enormous energy increase and the further opening of your energy channels. You will receive the initiation in three Reiki symbols with their very specific possibilities. The main objective of this course is to use the symbols in a treatment correctly and fluently as well as to give distance Reiki.
